Return & Cancellation Policy

At ALDESAKA, every bag is handcrafted with care and built to last a lifetime. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.


🛍️ Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and dust bag included.

  • Please note: personalized or engraved items and gift-wrapped orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • To start a return, please contact us at aldesakaets@gmail.com for a return authorization.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the product is faulty).

  • Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


❌ Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as each bag is handmade and often personalized.

  • If your order has already shipped, please follow our return policy above.
